Live videos from Toronto

Here’s some footage from my last show in Toronto at the Magpie. If you’ve ever been there, then you know the lighting is quite poor! However, Mike Kee of Kee Frame Productions was able to capture two of the songs, so here they are!

Cadillac – my a cappella, swing version of Danko Joneshit song

Blue – a new(er) original song

More footage from the TBCA

Here’s some more footage from my performance at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium on February 22nd when I opened for the Goo Goo Dolls. This video is of the song ‘You’, and as the video goes on, I start to get the audience to clap along with me. I conduct everyone to get quieter, but wow, 1300 people clapping quietly is still deafening! So we switched to finger snaps, and everything worked out!

Shout out from the Goo Goo Dolls

Last week I had the opportunity to open for the Goo Goo Dolls at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium. The venue was almost at 1300 people, and I even got people clapping and snapping along at the end of it! You can read a review of the show from TBnewswatch here.

I’ll be posting some more footage in the next few days.

Not only that, But I got a nice shout out from John Rzeznik on stage, in the middle of playing their hit ‘Name’. Here’s the video proof thanks to Carlo Cappello!

Hallowe’en 2010

I’ve had a few weeks to relax at home, as well as to play one of my favorite events of the year; the Hunger Cabaret, in support of the Definitely Superior Art Gallery.  Here’s a shot of me performing as Bill Nye the Science Guy (I even did the theme song!).

If you’ve got a costume suggestion for next year, let me know! I’ve got to start planning that stuff!
